The home also offers an investment opportunity – it is only 1.5km form the University and 2km from CUT. This property lends itself to the possibility of being converted into a beautiful, upmarket student residence.

The home has four beautiful bedrooms with a stunning master suite. There is also a fully equipped bachelor’s flat in the garden. The entire home has been designed and maintained with lots of love and attention. The pool is the perfect spot for relaxing in summer.
