Intellectual Property Notice

This notice explains the ownership and permitted use of intellectual property made available through the RSA Property platform.

Effective date: 7 September 2026

1. Ownership

Unless expressly stated otherwise, RSA Property owns or lawfully uses the intellectual property embodied in the RSA Property platform, including its original software, source code, platform architecture, user-interface elements, page layouts, workflows, databases and database structures, documentation, graphics, branding, logos, original written content, product names and proprietary platform functionality.

2. Copyright

Original content and computer programs made available by RSA Property are protected by applicable copyright law. Copyright notices do not limit any rights that arise automatically under applicable law.

3. Trade marks and branding

RSA Property names, logos, branding, badges and other source-identifying material may not be used in a way that falsely suggests endorsement, affiliation, sponsorship or ownership. Nothing on this website grants a licence to use RSA Property branding except where RSA Property has expressly authorised that use in writing.

4. Platform access is not an IP licence

Access to the website, dashboard, listings, tools, APIs or other RSA Property services does not transfer ownership of RSA Property intellectual property. Users receive only the limited right to use the relevant service in accordance with the Terms & Conditions and any applicable service agreement.

5. Prohibited copying and extraction

Except where permitted by law or expressly authorised in writing by RSA Property, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, license, commercially exploit, create derivative products from, systematically extract, scrape, harvest or redistribute substantial parts of RSA Property’s proprietary platform content, software, databases or data structures.

6. Reverse engineering and circumvention

Except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, probe, defeat, bypass or circumvent technical measures protecting RSA Property software, private APIs, access controls, platform logic or security mechanisms, nor use automated means to reconstruct proprietary functionality.

7. Listings and third-party content

Property descriptions, photographs, agency branding, agent information and other material supplied by users, agencies, professionals or syndication partners may remain owned by the relevant rights holder. Their appearance on RSA Property does not transfer ownership to another user. RSA Property uses such material under the licences, permissions and other rights applicable to the service.

8. Confidential and proprietary information

Non-public technical, commercial or operational information disclosed by RSA Property under an account, integration, demonstration, commercial discussion or other restricted-access context may constitute confidential and proprietary information. Access to such information does not authorise disclosure, copying or use for a competing or unrelated purpose.

9. Reporting suspected infringement

If you believe RSA Property intellectual property is being copied or misused, or believe material on RSA Property infringes rights that you own, please contact RSA Property with sufficient information to identify the material and the relevant rights.
